*** Assembly of this fixture will be accomplished by first installing the
mounting strap to the junction box, making all necessary electrical
connections, and then installing the glass.
SAFETY WARNING: READ WIRING AND GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
(I.S. 18) AND ANY ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS. TURN POWER SUPPLY
OFF DURING INSTALLATION. IF NEW WIRING IS REQUIRED,
CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN OR LOCAL AUTHORITIES
FOR CODE REQUIREMENTS.
1. After ceiling pan is installed it is necessary to prepare the glass for
installation - see Drawings 1 and 2 for part reference.
2. First remove glass ring (1) from ceiling pan (A) by un-threading the barrel
knobs (2) - see Drawing 2. Set barrel knobs aside for use later.
3. Next, take glass (3) and slip it into the glass ring (1) until the glass lip fits
inside the edge of the glass ring - see Drawing 1.
4. Fold over glass clips (4) to secure glass ring (1) to glass (3).
5. Fixture can be lamped accordingly at this time.
6. Next take glass and glass ring and slip edge of glass ring over edge of
ceiling pan.
7. Line up holes (H) in glass ring with threaded holes (T) in ceiling pane.
8. Now thread barrel knobs (2) into threaded holes of ceiling pane to secure
to fixture.
9. Fixture is complete and power can be restored.
